Tequila Tea

To celebrate the world's favourite agave-based spirit, we bring you our cocktail du jour: Tequila Tea. Created by our Global brand ambassador and ace mixologist, Marie Cabaret. This intriguing serve reinvents iced tea with tequila, amontillado sherry, a dash of citrus, and our black tea syrup.

INGREDIENTS

15ml Mathieu Teisseire Black Tea Syrup
50ml Grapefruit juice
10ml Lemon juice
25ml Tequila
25ml Xeres Amontillado

Garnish

Grapefruit wedge

Method

  1. Mix all ingredients together using a blender.
  2. Pour into a tall glass full of ice.
  3. Serve and enjoy.
