Ingredients
- 25ml Mathieu Teisseire Pink Grapefruit Syrup
- 25ml Mathieu Teisseire Yuzu Syrup
- 25ml Lime Juice
- 125ml Sparkling Water/Soda Water* *Exact volume may vary depending on glassware
Garnish
Fresh grapefruit wheel.

Method
- 1 Add all the ingredients to a large wineglass or Copa glass full of ice.
- 2 Stir to mix, garnish and serve.
