INGREDIENTS

20ml Mathieu Teisseire Pistachio Syrup
Pinch Sea Salt
1 glass iced Americano
50ml Cream

Garnish

Sea Salt, crushed Pistachio Nuts

Method

  1. Mix the syrup, cream and sea salt together
  2. Pour over an iced americano, within a highball glass.
  3. Garnish with sea salt and crushed pistachio nuts.
