Rosemary Irish Coffee

Put a jig in your customer's step with our Rosemary Irish Coffee. It's made with rosemary syrup, cane sugar syrup, brewed coffee and double cream.

Ingredients

10ml Mathieu Teisseire Rosemary Syrup; 10ml Mathieu Teisseire Cane Sugar Syrup; 180ml Brewed Coffee; 60ml Double Cream

Garnish
Whipped Cream

Method

  1. Build syrups and coffee in a heatproof stemmed glass.

  2. Poor cream into shaker and shake until lightly whipped.
  3. Layer on top of coffee to garnish as a float.
