A totally tropical taste explosion with Mathieu Teisseire Pink Grapefruit, Pineapple and Passionfruit flavours, smashed with zesty lime, fruity Cranberry and bubbly soda.

Pink Grapegruit, Pineapple And Passionfruit Punch 1

INGREDIENTS

12.5ml Mathieu Teisseire Pink Grapefruit Syrup
12.5ml Mathieu Teisseire Pineapple Syrup
12.5ml Mathieu Teisseire Passionfruit Syrup
25ml Lime Juice
50ml Cranberry Juice
100ml Soda Water

Garnish

Half a passionfruit and pineapple leaf cut with crimping scissors.

Method

  1. Place all the ingredients into a jug and stir.
  2. Fine strain into a highball glass half full with crushed iced. Stir to mix.
  3. Top with more crushed ice to fill the glass.
  4. Garnish and serve.
