Pineapple Pilsner House Shandy

An exotic and vibrant shandy combining crisp, clean pilsner with succulent Mathieu Teisseire Pineapple.

INGREDIENTS

25ml Mathieu Teisseire Pineapple Syrup
284ml Pilsner Lager
259ml Lemonade

Garnish

Pineapple wedge.

Method

  1. Add the pineapple syrup to a pint glass, half fill with lemonade and swirl to mix.
  2. Gently top with lager.
  3. Garnish and serve.
