Dark and Stormy Pineapple

• 15ml Mathieu Teisseire Pineapple Puree
• 40ml Rum
• 20ml Fresh Lime Juice
• 100ml Ginger Beer

Lime Peel and Ginger Flakes

Highball

1. 1 Pour rum, lime juice, pineapple puree into a highball and stir with mixing spoon.
2. 2 Fill glass with ice cubes.
3. 3 Add ginger beer, stir again and garnish.
