INGREDIENTS

20ml Mathieu Teisseire Coconut Puree
30ml Mathieu Teisseire Pineapple Puree
50ml Rum
60-80ml Water (to taste)

Garnish

Slice of Pineapple

Method

  1. Pour rum, coconut puree, pineapple puree and water into a blender, excluding the ice.
  2. Blend until mixed and smooth.
  3. Add ice and blend again.
  4. Pour into tumbler glass and garnish with pineapple slice.
