INGREDIENTS

20ml	Mathieu Teisseire Remix Peach & Cardamom Cordial
160ml	Sparkling water

Garnish

Orange twist and edible paint

Method

Paint a stripe of edible paint onto the inside of a highball glass and fill with ice.
Pour the syrup into glass.
Top up with sparkling water.
Garnish and serve.
