INGREDIENTS

15ml Mathieu Teisseire Pandan Syrup
15ml Mathieu Teisseire Coconut Syrup
3grams Matcha powder
180ml Almond milk
50ml Espresso

Garnish

Pandan leaf and Matcha dusting

Method

  1. Pour both syrups, Matcha powder and a splash of hot water into a tumbler glass.
  2. Stir well. Add the ice cubes and pour over the milk.
  3. Top with espresso and serve.
