A martini glass is atop a black serving board on a marble surface. The glass is topped with ice, mandarin and mint.

INGREDIENTS

50ml Bourbon
25ml Mathieu Teisseire Mandarin Syrup
8 Fresh Mint Leaves
50ml Soda Water

Garnish

Mint spring (bunched) and mandarin fan.

Method

  1. Place all the ingredients into a Julep Cup with a scoop of crushed ice and churn to mix through and dilute.
  2. Cap with more crushed ice so it sits proud of the rim and garnish with a bunch of mint sprigs and fanned Mandarin slices.
  3. Serve with a sustainable (steel or bamboo) straw.
