INGREDIENTS

15ml Mathieu Teisseire Almond Syrup
10ml Mathieu Teisseire Cherry Syrup
1 shot Espresso
150ml Milk

Method

  1. Pour an espresso into a large cup and stir in the syrups and put aside.
  2. Steam milk until velvet texture.
  3. Pour milk over coffee.
  4. Garnish with cherry.
