15ml Mathieu Teisseire Almond Syrup; 10ml Mathieu Teisseire Cherry Syrup; 1 shot Espresso; 150ml Milk

Garnish
Cherry

Method

Pour an espresso into a large cup and stir in the syrups and put aside.
Steam milk until velvet texture.
Pour milk over coffee.
Garnish with cherry.
