Mathieu Teisseire Q3&4 Pear Cinnamon Hot Toddy

INGREDIENTS

50ml Whisky
25ml Lemon Juice
12.5ml Pear Syrup
12.5ml Cinnamon Syrup
50ml Apple Juice
150ml Boiling Water

Garnish

Pear slice dusted with cinnamon.

Method

  1. Place all the ingredients into a pre-warmed heatproof glass. Stir to mix.
  2. Garnish and serve.
  3. To make it non-alcoholic, replace the whisky with Seedlip Spice to provide complex flavours.
