Fete De Normandy

Ingredients

  • 5ml Mathieu Teisseire Almond Syrup

  • 10ml Mathieu Teisseire Cinnamon Syrup
  • 20ml Mathieu Teisseire Pear Syrup
  • 15ml fresh lemon juice
  • 1 egg white (or plant-based alternative)
  • 150ml pommeau

Garnish

Apple slice or fan


Glass

Highball


Method

  1. 1

    Add all the ingredients except the Pommeau to a cocktail shaker and "dry shake" without ice to emulsify the ingredients.

    Add ice to the shaker and shake again to chill and then strain into an ice filled highball glass.
  3. 3
    Top up with Pommeau to fill the glass.
