Ingredients

  • 15 ml Sirop de Cookie Mathieu Teisseire
  • 5 ml SauceCaramel MathieuTeisseire (optionnel)
  • 100 ml Lait chaud texturé
  • 1 Espresso

Method

  1. 1 Pour the Mathieu Teisseire Cookie syrup and the espresso into the cup.
  2. 2 Steam the milk with the steam wand until it becomes foamy and textured.
  3. 3 Pour the hot milk into the cup, then finish with a drizzle of Mathieu Teisseire Caramel sauce.
  4. 4 Garnish with mini cookies.
