30ml Mathieu Teisseire Vanilla Syrup; 1 shot Espresso; 150ml Milk

Method

  1. Pour an espresso into a latte glass, mix with syrup and reserve.

  2. Steam milk until it foams.
  3. Pour milk over coffee. Serve.
