A great addition to any gin-inspired menu. Just add our vanilla and anise syrup, along with soda water and fresh lemon.

Ingredients

15ml Mathieu Teisseire Vanilla Syrup; 15ml Mathieu Teisseire Anise Syrup; 40ml Gin; Soda Water To Taste; 1 wedge Lemon

Garnish
Ice

Method

Muddle lemon with syrups. Fill highball with ice cubes.
Add gin and top with soda water.
Stir well to infuse the flavours.
