- 15ml Mathieu Teisseire Lemon Syrup
- 170ml Sparkling Water or Tonic Water

Ice, Apple Slices, Rosemary Sprig

Method
- 1 Fill a highball glass with ice add the syrups.
- 2 Pour in the sparkling water or tonic water
