Yuzu & Coconut Mojito
Ingredients
- 30ml Mathieu Teisseire Yuzu Citron syrup
- 8 Mint Leaves
- 15ml fresh Lime Juice
- 60ml Coconut Rum
- 60ml Soda Water
- A Splash Ginger Beer
Garnish
Ice, Lemon Wheel and Lime Zest

Method
- 1 Muddle syrup, mint leaves and juice in a mixing glass.
- 2 Add the coconut rum and ice till two thirds full. Cap and shake.
- 3 Strain into a highball glass filled with ice. Top up with soda water and a splash of ginger beer.
- 4 Garnish with lemon wheel and lime zest.
