Our Lavender Sonic will refresh and delight, made with lavender syrup, yuzu syrup, soda and tonic water.

Ingredients

20ml Mathieu Teisseire Lavender Syrup; 10ml Mathieu Teisseire Yuzu Syrup; 80ml Soda Water; 800ml Tonic Water; 1 Lavender Sprig

Garnish
Ice, Fresh lime

Method

Pour the syrups, over soda water and tonic water in a highball glass filled with ice.
Add in the lavender sprig and stir, letting the flavours infuse.
Garnish with fresh lime disk
