Raspberry Mojito

Pour rum, lime juice and raspberry puree into a tumbler and add mint leaves to complete this tasty blend.

Ingredients

30ml Mathieu Teisseire Raspberry Puree; 40ml Rum; 20ml Fresh Lime Juice; 100ml Sparkling water

Garnish
8 Mint Leaves and 1 Mint Head

Method

  1. Pour rum, lime juice and raspberry puree into a tumbler and add mint leaves.

  2. Gently press mint leaves with a pestle, taking care not to crush them.
  3. Stir with a mixing spoon.
  4. Fill the glass with crushed ice and top with sparkling water, gently stir and garnish.
