Truly terrific, this is made with chocolate praline syrup, creme de cacao brown and premium vodka infused with candied praline and espresso.

Ingredients

10ml Mathieu Teisseire Chocolate Praline Syrup; 15ml Creme De Cacao Brown; 45ml Premium Vodka infused with Candied Praline; 50ml Espresso

Garnish
Ice, Chocolate Praline

Method

  1. Place all ingredients, including ice, into a shaker and shake vigorously.

  2. Strain into half of shaker and discard ice, shake again with no ice.
  3. Fine strain into a martini glass.
  4. Garnish with chocolate praline.
