Zesty Serenade

A combination of Mathieu Teisseire Yuzu Lemon Syrup and Cherry Syrup with red vermouth and zesty lime, finished with a top of Pink Grapefruit Soda.

INGREDIENTS

15ml	Mathieu Teisseire Yuzu Lemon Syrup
5ml	Mathieu Teisseire Cherry Syrup
30ml	Premium red vermouth
20ml	Fresh lime juice
Top up	London Essence Pink Grapefruit Tonic Water

Garnish

Lime peel

Method

Place all ingredients into a shaker with ice, except the red vermouth.
Shake vigorously.
Strain into a highball glass filled with ice. Top with soda, and layer the red vermouth.
Garnish and serve.
