There are iced teas and then there's our Yuzu Citron Ginger Iced Tea. It's made with yuzu citron syrup, lemon syrup and lemon & ginger tea. Get that citrus hit.

INGREDIENTS

50ml Mathieu Teisseire Yuzu Citron Syrup
20ml Mathieu Teisseire Lemon Syrup
200ml Lemon and Ginger Tea

Garnish

Ice, 1 Passion Fruit, Rosemary Sprig, Dehydrated Orange Slice

Method

  1. Pour all ingredients into a highball glass filled with ice.
  2. Stir well to infuse the flavours.
  3. Garnish with rosemary, orange slice and half of a passion fruit.
