INGREDIENTS

20ml Mathieu Teisseire Mango Puree
10ml Mathieu Teisseire Green Chilli Pepper Syrup
50ml London Essence Pink Grapefruit Soda
20ml Lemon Juice
30ml Passion Fruit juice

Garnish

Salt and pepper rim on the glass and half passion fruit slice

Method

  1. Rim a tumbler glass with salt and pepper and fill with ice.
  2. Pour all ingredients into glass, except soda.
  3. Top up with soda.
  4. Garnish and serve.
