INGREDIENTS

50ml Gin (or Non-alcoholic Gin)
25ml Lemon Juice
25ml Violet Syrup
2 dashes Miracle Foamer
10ml Water (alt 25ml Egg White or Aquafaba for markets who don’t have Foamer)

Garnish

Edible Viola flowers rested on the crema.

Method

  1. Reverse dry shake with (with ice, then without) all the ingredients in a cocktail shaker.
  2. Alternatively, just shake very hard.
  3. Fine strain into a chilled coupe.
  4. Garnish and serve.
