The Big Green Apple

A crisp blend of Mathieu Teisseire Green Apple, zesty lemon and bubbly soda given a creamy twist with a float of decadent vanilla ice cream!

INGREDIENTS

30ml Mathieu Teisseire Green Apple Syrup
1 Sprig Rosemary
Slices Green Apple
10ml Lemon Juice
Top up Soda Water or Sparkling Water

Garnish

Ice cream float (one scoop), whipped cream and apple.

Method

  1. Place all the ingredients into the glass and stir well.
  2. Produce an ice cream float.
  3. Garnish and serve.
