A spicy, citrussy mix of Mathieu Teisseire Ginger, dry cider and citrussy blood orange and elderflower tonic water.

On top of a bar there is a tumbler glass filled with a pale yellow coloured drink. The drink is garnished with edible flowers. In the background of the bar we can see a range of Mathieu Teisseire bottles.

INGREDIENTS

20ml Mathieu Teisseire Ginger Syrup
100ml London Essence Blood Orange & Elderflower Tonic Water
150ml Cider (dry if possible)

Garnish

Dried orange wheel.

Method

  1. Combine ingredients in a glass full of ice.
  2. Stir well.
  3. Garnish and serve.
