Rhubarb Berry Fizz

The sweet, zesty notes of Mathieu Teisseire Rhubarb Syrup and the fragrant fruit of Mathieu Teisseire Strawberry Syrup brilliantly blended with aromatic basil, rich pomegranate and fizzy bitter lemon!

INGREDIENTS

20ml Mathieu Teisseire Strawberry
20ml Mathieu Teisseire Rhubarb Syrup
30ml Pomegranate juice
3 Basil leaves
150ml Bitter lemon

Garnish

Sliced strawberry, fresh mint sprig and fresh flowers

Method

  1. Fill a shaker full of ice and place in all the ingredients, except the bitter lemon
  2. Shake well.
  3. Strain into a glass filled with ice. Top up with the bitter lemon and stir well.
  4. Garnish and serve.
