Passion Fruit Martini

A classic combination of tropical passionfruit, warm vanilla and zesty fresh lime, fortified with vodka and finished with a side serve of dry sparkling wine!

INGREDIENTS

15ml	Mathieu Teisseire Passion Fruit Puree
5ml	Mathieu Teisseire Vanilla Syrup
40ml	Vodka
10ml	Elderflower Liquor
25ml	Lime juice
Shot	Dry sparkling wine (on the side)

Garnish

Half passion fruit and shot of sparkling wine

Method

Pour all ingredients into shaker.
Shake vigorously.
Strain into glass.
Garnish and serve.
