Inspired by the place where the first Collins (a John Collins) was invented. Add a shot of true flavour to your menu favourites with our Pink Grapefruit and Passionfruit Gin Collins. This drink pairs pink grapefruit and passionfruit syrup with lime, gin and tonic water.

INGREDIENTS

25ml Pink Grapefruit Syrup
12.5ml Passionfruit Syrup
12.5ml Lime Juice
50ml Gin
1 part Tonic Water

Garnish

Pink grapefruit wedge.

Method

  1. Fill the glass with ice.
  2. Place all the ingredients into the glass and top up with tonic water.
  3. Stir well, garnish and serve.
