INGREDIENTS

15ml Mathieu Teisseire Rose Syrup
30ml Amaro bitter
25ml Mastiha liqueur
2 dashes soulshakers clementine bitters
50ml Prosecco
Top up London Essence pink grapefruit soda

Garnish

Pink grapefruit

Method

  1. Add all the ingredients to a tall glass full with ice.
  2. Stir gently to mix.
  3. Garnish and serve.
