A tantalising twist on a tequila classic using Mathieu Teisseire Green Chilli Pepper Syrup and premium tequila served long with zesty grapefruit and a spritz of grapefruit soda.

INGREDIENTS

10ml Mathieu Teisseire Green Chilli Pepper Syrup
30ml Grapefruit juice
40ml White tequila
Top up Grapefruit soda

Garnish

Grapefruit zest

Method

  1. Fill a glass with ice and pour in the syrup, 30ml of grapefruit juice and tequila.
  2. Stir well.
  3. Top with remaining grapefruit soda.
  4. Garnish and serve.
