Honey almond latte drink on table

INGREDIENTS

12.5ml Honey Syrup
12.5ml Orgeat Syrup
30ml Espresso
175ml Steamed Milk (French Glass)
125ml Steamed Milk (Latte Glass)

Garnish

Crumbled toasted almonds sprinkled across surface, piece of honeycomb/chocolate honeycomb as a side serves.

Method

  1. Pull an espresso and add to a pre-warmed glass.
  2. Add the syrup and milk to a coffee jug and steam to heat and texturise.
  3. Top the espresso with steamed milk, garnish and serve.
