Ingredients
- 30ml Mathieu Teisseire Hibiscus Syrup
- 80ml Pineapple Juice
- 30ml White Rum
- 10ml fresh Lime Juice
- 40ml non-dairy Coconut Cream

Ice, Lemon wheel

Method
- 1 Combine all ingredients into a shaker.
- 2 Add ice cubes and shake well until coconut cream is combined and smooth.
- 3 Pour into a hurricane glass.
- 4 Garnish with lemon wheel and serve.
