Ingredients

  • 30ml Mathieu Teisseire Hibiscus Syrup
  • 80ml Pineapple Juice
  • 30ml White Rum
  • 10ml fresh Lime Juice
  • 40ml non-dairy Coconut Cream

Garnish

Ice, Lemon wheel

Method

  1. 1 Combine all ingredients into a shaker.
  2. 2 Add ice cubes and shake well until coconut cream is combined and smooth.
  3. 3 Pour into a hurricane glass.
  4. 4 Garnish with lemon wheel and serve.
