Hibiscus Nojito

No drama, all taste. This non-alcoholic cocktail is made with hibiscus syrup, watermelon juice, fresh lime juice, mint leaves and soda water.

Ingredients

40ml Mathieu Teisseire Hibiscus Syrup; 10 Mint Leaves; Juice of 1 small Lime; 177ml Club Soda

Garnish
Crushed Ice, Lime Wedge, Mint Leaves

Method

  1. Gently muddle the mint in the bottom of a highball glass.

  2. Add lime juice and Hibiscus Syrup and stir gently to combine with crushed ice.
  3. Slowly pour in club soda to fill up glass and gently stir.
