Elderflower Martini

Mix-up a Martini by adding some elderflower syrup to a vodka, along with a dash of pear and lemon juice.

INGREDIENTS

20ml Mathieu Teisseire Elderflower Syrup
40ml Vodka
60ml Pear Juice
5ml Lemon Juice

Garnish

Lemon wheel

Method

  1. Pour all ingredients, except the garnish, into a shaker filled with ice cubes.
  2. Shake vigorously.
  3. Fine strain into a martini glass and garnish with lemon wheel.
