15ml Mathieu Teisseire Elderflower Syrup
160ml Tonic Water
40ml Gin

Garnish

Dried edible flower.

Method

  1. Fill a stemless wine glass with cubed ice.
  2. Add the gin and syrup.
  3. Top with tonic water.
