INGREDIENTS

30ml Mathieu Teisseire Coconut puree
5ml Mathieu Teisseire Okinawa Black Sugar Syrup
20ml Fresh lime juice
50ml White rum

Garnish

Dehydrated lime wheel

Method

  1. Pour all ingredients into a shaker and shake once without ice.
  2. Add ice to shaker and shake once more.
  3. Strain into glass.
  4. Garnish and serve.
