Blackberry, Apple & Elderflower Spritz

A refreshing, fruity and floral spritz with juicy blackberry, crisp apple and fragrant elderflower.

A large wine glass is placed atop a bar matt on a marble surface. The glass contains a pink drink with ice. Atop the drink there is fresh blackberries and an apple slice.

INGREDIENTS

10ml Mathieu Teisseire Blackberry Syrup
10ml Mathieu Teisseire Apple Syrup
10ml Mathieu Teisseire Elderflower Syrup
25ml Lemon Juice
175ml Sparkling Water/Soda Water* *Exact volume may vary depending on glassware

Garnish

Fresh blackberries and apple slice.

Method

  1. Add all the ingredients to a large wine glass or Copa glass full of ice.
  2. Stir to mix, garnish and serve.
