That's the spirit! Our Asian Spirit is made with pink grapefruit syrup, lychee syrup, Havana 3yr Rum, fresh lime juice, cranberry juice and oolong tea.

INGREDIENTS

30ml Mathieu Teisseire Pink Grapefruit Syrup
25ml Mathieu Teisseire Lychee Syrup
40ml Havana 3 Year Rum
10ml fresh Lime Juice
30ml Cranberry Juice
100ml Oolong Tea

Method

  1. Brew tea in a teapot.
  2. Pour in syrups.
  3. Add remaining ingredients and stir.
  4. Pour into tea cup.
