Ingredients
- 30ml Mathieu Teisseire Pink Grapefruit and Lychee Syrup
- 120m White tea
- 2 piece of Lychee fruit from can
- 1 Slice grapefruit
- Handful Tapioca bob
Garnish
Mint leaves
Glass
Highball
Method
- 1 Add the lychees and the slice of pink grapefruit to a highball glass and gently muddle to extract the juice and release the flavour.
- 2 Add the boba and fill the glass with ice.
- 3 Add the Mathieu Teisseire Pink Grapefruit and Lychee Syrup and white tea and stir gently to mix.
- 4 Garnish and serve.
