Inspired by the green region of Italy. A beautiful classic spritz, elevated through cucumber and elderflower syrup to deliver a cool, floral serve.

INGREDIENTS

50ml Gin
25ml Lemon Juice
12.5ml Cucumber Syrup
12.5ml Elderflower Syrup
150ml Sparkling Wine

Garnish

Cucumber ribbon curled around the glass.

Method

  1. Place all the ingredients into a highball glass full of ice and stir gently to mix.
  2. Garnish and serve.
  3. For a non-acholic alternative, replace the gin with Seedlip herbal and replace the sparking wine with tonic water.
