INGREDIENTS

15ml Mathieu Teisseire Vanilla Syrup
15ml Mathieu Teisseire Anise Syrup
40ml Gin
Soda Water To Taste
1 wedge Lemon

Garnish

Ice

Method

  1. Muddle lemon with syrups. Fill highball with ice cubes.
  2. Add gin and top with soda water.
  3. Stir well to infuse the flavours.
