Méthode

1. Place the tequila, lime juice, passionfruit syrup, pineapple and orange juices into a shaker full of ice and shake to mix.

2. Strain into a highball glass full of ice, pour the grenadine down the side of the glass to create the classic sunrise effect, garnish and serve.
3. To make it non-acholic, increase the pineapple and orange juice to 100ml or replace the tequila with Seedlip Aromatic.
