Lavender Tea Fizz

• 30ml Mathieu Teisseire Lavender Syrup
• 20ml Mathieu Teisseire Yuzu Syrup
• 10ml Lemon Juice
• 120ml Pea Butterfly Tea
• 60ml Lemonade

Dehydrated lemon wheel and edible flowers.

Tumbler

1. 1 Place all ingredients (except the lemonade) into a shaker, including ice.
2. 2 Shake until cold.
3. 3 Pour into a tumbler and top up with lemonade.
4. 4 Cap with ice. Garnish and serve.
