Honey Macadamia Martini
Ingredients
- 50ml Gold Rum
- 12.5ml Mathieu Teisseire Macadamia Syrup
- 12.5ml Mathieu Teisseire Honey Syrup
- 150ml Greek Yogurt
Garnish
Crushed macadamia nuts sprinkled on the surface.
Glass
Martini, Coupé
Method
- 1 Place all the ingredients into a cocktail shaker full with ice, shake hard to mix.
- 2 Chill, dilute and emulsify, strain into a chilled martini or coupe glass.
- 3 Garnish and serve.
