Honey Berry Sour

• 50ml Bourbon (Replace Bourbon with Seedlip Spice for non-alcoholic version)
• 25ml Lemon Juice
• 12.5ml Mathieu Teisseire Honey Syrup
• 12.5ml Mathieu Teisseire Raspberry Syrup
• 2 Dashes Miracle foamer

Dehydrated raspberry powder dusted across crema on top of the serve.

Highball

1. 1 Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker.
2. 2 Shake to mix.
3. 3 Strain into an old- fashioned glass full of ice, garnish and serve.
