Blue Hawaiian

• 50ml White Rum
• 12.5ml Coconut Syrup
• 25ml Le Blue Syrup
• 12.5ml Lime Juice
• 200ml Pineapple Juice
• 1 Scoop Vanilla Ice Cream

1. 1 Add all the ingredients to a blender and blend to a smooth consistency.
2. 2 Pour into a hurricane glass, garnish and serve.
3. 3 For a non-alcoholic serve use 250ml pineapple juice.
