Vanilla & Anise Muddle
Ingredients
- 15ml Mathieu Teisseire Vanilla Syrup
- 15ml Mathieu Teisseire Anise Syrup
- 40ml Gin
- Soda Water To Taste
- 1 wedge Lemon
Garnish
Ice
Glass
Highball
Method
- 1 Muddle lemon with syrups. Fill highball with ice cubes.
- 2 Add gin and top with soda water.
- 3 Stir well to infuse the flavours.
